Why does this message appear?

With the free version of Tunder, you are limited to a single device. Even if you delete the application, your account remains tied to this device.

|| 🔒 If you want to transfer your account data (history, catalog, settings, etc.) to another device, a Premium subscription is necessary.

What to do if this message appears?

Two options are available:

1. Add a device (requires a Premium subscription)

Tap Add a device
Subscribe to the Premium plan if you haven't already
The new device will be able to connect and recover your data

2. Disconnect an existing device

Tap Disconnect a device
Select the device to remove (e.g., iPhone 16)
Tap Disconnect
You can then connect another device (a subscription is required to restore the data)

A Premium subscription allows you to:

change devices at any time,
automatically recover your data,
connect multiple devices simultaneously (2-device subscription and above)
access all advanced features of Tunder.

Enable or disable demo mode in Tunder

Accepted Answer

Demo mode allows you to test the application without impacting your real sales or inventory. It’s ideal for practice, setup, or training new users.

Enable demo mode

Open the Tunder app
Go to Settings > General
Scroll down to Demo mode
Toggle the switch to activate it

A banner will appear at the top: Demo mode activated

Disable demo mode

Go to Settings > General
Turn off the Demo mode switch
A confirmation screen will appear: Are you ready to exit testing mode and start selling?
The message explains: You are about to leave the demo mode. Once you start selling for real, you won’t be able to delete any sales records.
Tap Stop the demo mode to confirm
Or choose Keep playing with the demo if you’re not ready

Good to know

Sales in demo mode are fictitious
When demo mode is disabled, sales become real and cannot be deleted
You can re-enable demo mode at any time for further testing or training

How to join an existing shop ?

Join a shop in Tunder

Would you like to use multiple devices with your Tunder POS? It’s possible thanks to the multi-device option.

The account owner must have a Premium subscription (2 devices or more).

Then, a second device can join the shop through one of the two following scenarios:

Case 1: You use the same email as the account administrator

If you log in on the second device using the same email as the account owner:

Open the Tunder app on the new device
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account as on the first device
The shop is automatically synchronized — no further action is needed
You will be taken directly into the existing shop environment

Case 2: You use a different email address

If the invited user uses a different email address, they must create their own Tunder account (via Apple or Google), then enter a code provided by the account owner.

On the account owner’s side:

Open Settings > Devices
Tap the ➕ button in the bottom-right corner

A 6-digit invitation code will appear (valid for 3 minutes)

Share this code with the invited user
