Join a shop in Tunder

Would you like to use multiple devices with your Tunder POS? It’s possible thanks to the multi-device option.

The account owner must have a Premium subscription (2 devices or more).

Then, a second device can join the shop through one of the two following scenarios.

✅ Make sure the user has created an account and is logged in (via Apple or Google). If you don’t see the “Join a shop” option, log out, sign in with your email, and make sure you are not using the app in trial/demo mode.

Case 1: You use the same email as the account administrator

If you log in on the second device using the same email as the account owner:

Open the Tunder app on the new device
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account that was used to create the shop
The shop is automatically synchronized — no further action is needed
You will be taken directly into the existing shop environment

✅ If you are the shop owner and logging in with your original email, you do not need an invitation code. The code is only required when joining with a different email address.

Case 2: You use a different email address

If the invited user uses a different email address, they must create their own Tunder account (via Apple or Google), then enter a code provided by the account owner.

How to update your payment method

Your Tunder subscription is managed directly by the platform used when subscribing (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or through the Tunder website).

To change your payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.), you must update it in your Apple or Google account, or directly from the app if you subscribed through our website.

Go to Settings > Subscription
Tap "Update my payment methods"

On iPhone / iPad (App Store)

Open the Settings app
Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen
Go to Payment & Shipping
Sign in if needed, then add or update your payment method

What if the payment fails or is not accepted?

If your payment method is invalid, expired, or declined by Google, your subscription may not renew or may appear inactive.

In this case:

Make sure you are logged into the correct Google account (the one that received the Google Play receipt)

Why does this message appear?

With the free version of Tunder, your account is limited to one single device.
Even if you change your phone, log out, or delete the app, your account remains linked to the original device.
Simply uninstalling the app or disconnecting does not free the device slot.
Transferring your data to a new device requires a Premium subscription.

How to transfer your account to a new device?

To transfer your data (sales, catalog, settings) to another device:

1. Subscribe to a Premium plan

Subscribe to the plan

Your data will be automatically restored on your new device.

Once the transfer is completed, you can use Tunder on the new device.
If you no longer need the old device, you can stop using it.

The Premium subscription also gives you access to all advanced Tunder features (multi-device, synchronization, etc.).
You can also increase or decrease the number of devices at any time from Settings > Subscription. The pricing will automatically adjust based on the number of devices selected.
It is commitment-free: you can cancel at any time.

Check all related settings
Make sure both Automatic date & time and Automatic time zone are enabled. All time settings must be set to automatic.
Restart the app

Force close the Tunder app completely.
Reopen the app and wait a few seconds.

How do I cancel my Tunder subscription?

You can cancel your Tunder Premium subscription at any time directly through the platform where you originally subscribed — either the Apple App Store (on iOS) or Google Play Store (on Android). Canceling your subscription will stop future payments, but you’ll still have access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period.

Demo mode allows you to test the application without impacting your real sales or inventory. It’s ideal for practice, setup, or training new users.

Enable demo mode

Open the Tunder app
Go to Settings > General
Scroll down to Demo mode
Toggle the switch to activate it

A banner will appear at the top: Demo mode activated

Disable demo mode

Go to Settings > General
Turn off the Demo mode switch
A confirmation screen will appear: Are you ready to exit testing mode and start selling?
The message explains: You are about to leave the demo mode. Once you start selling for real, you won’t be able to delete any sales records.
Tap Stop the demo mode to confirm
Or choose Keep playing with the demo if you’re not ready

Good to know

Sales in demo mode are fictitious
Demo mode isolates sales: when it is active, you only see demo sales. When it is disabled, you only see real sales.
Exiting demo mode does not delete your data. Demo sales are simply hidden and will reappear if you enable demo mode again.
When demo mode is disabled and you start selling for real, sales cannot be deleted.
You can re-enable demo mode at any time for further testing or training

💡 If you see a red banner at the top of the screen indicating that demo mode is active, tap it and select Stop the demo mode to exit quickly.
