Create and manage multiple shops

Tunder allows you to create multiple shops and easily switch between them. You can also duplicate an existing shop or hide a shop from your list.

How to create a new shop?

1. Open the side menu.
2. Tap the name of your shop at the bottom of the screen (e.g., Bakery).
3. The My shops screen opens.
4. Tap the + button at the bottom right.

You will then have two options:

Create a shop

Create a brand-new shop from scratch.

The new shop will be completely empty (no sales history, no items, no categories). This is useful if you want to start fresh with zero sales.

This option is useful if you are opening a second location with a similar setup.

How to switch between shops?

You can switch shops at any time if you have access to multiple shops.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap My shop.
3. Select Switch shop.
4. Choose the shop you want to use.

You can also switch from the side menu:

1. Open the side menu.
2. Tap the shop name at the bottom of the screen.
3. In My shops, select the shop you want to use.

The checkmark indicates the currently active shop.

The switch happens instantly.

⚠️ If you cannot see your expected sales or data, make sure:

• You are connected to the correct shop.
• Demo mode is turned off (when demo mode is activated, only demo sales are visible).

2. Tap the shop name at the bottom of the screen.
3. In My shops, select the shop you want to use.

The checkmark indicates the currently active shop.

The switch happens instantly.

How to duplicate a shop?

1. Open My shops.
2. Tap the + button.
3. Select Duplicate a shop.

The new shop will automatically include:

• your items
• your categories
• your discounts

You can then edit it independently.

How to archive (hide) a shop?

If you want to hide a shop without deleting it:

1. Open My shops.
2. Tap the edit (pencil) icon at the top right.
3. The Shop visibility screen appears.
4. Turn off the toggle for the shop you want to hide.
5. Tap OK.

You can reactivate it at any time from the same screen.

Can I delete a shop?

It is currently not possible to permanently delete a shop from your account.

If you no longer use a shop, you can archive (hide) it using the visibility option described above. This removes it from your active list without deleting its data.

Permanent deletion is not available at this time.

You can reactivate it at any time from the same screen.
