Set the date and time automatically

Set the date and time automatically

For the Tunder app to function properly — especially for synchronizing tickets or sales reports — it’s essential that the date and time on your device are set automatically.

📱 How to activate automatic date and time?

▶️ On iPhone / iPad:

  • Open the Settings app
  • Go to General > Date & Time
  • Enable Set Automatically

🔗 View Apple’s article

▶️ On Android:

  • Open the Settings app
  • Go to System > Date & Time (path may vary depending on device)
  • Enable Automatic date & time and Automatic time zone

🔗 View Google’s article

Why is this important?

An incorrect date or time may cause:

  • synchronization errors between devices
  • tickets not being saved correctly
  • inconsistencies in your sales reports

Troubleshooting automatic date & time issues

If your device is already set to automatic but the message still appears:

  1. Check all related settings

Make sure both Automatic date & time and Automatic time zone are enabled. All time settings must be set to automatic.

  1. Restart the app
  • Force close the Tunder app completely.
  • Reopen the app and wait a few seconds.

  1. Force close again (after a recent update or fix)

If a correction was deployed, fully close the app, reopen it, wait 5 seconds, then force close and reopen it once more.

  1. Reinstall the app

If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the Tunder app, then log back in with the same account.

If the problem continues after these steps, please contact support with a screenshot of your date and time settings.
