How to Change the Currency and Language Settings in Your Account

Your currency display depends on your app and device settings. If your sales appear in the wrong currency (for example, USD instead of EUR or CHF), follow the steps below.


Change Currency in the App


  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap on Currency (Devise).
  4. Select the correct currency (e.g., EUR, CHF, USD).


Once selected, your sales and reports will display in the chosen currency.


Change Language in the App


If needed, you can also update the language:


  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on Language.
  3. Select your preferred language.


Important Notes


  • The currency and language can depend on your device settings. If your device is set to English (USA), the app may display in English and USD.
  • If your sales appear as "0" after changing the currency, make sure you selected the currency used for your sales (for example, EUR if your sales were made in euros).
  • If your device is in a different time zone than your sales location, the daily sales view may not match your local day. In this case, filter the last two days and export the sales to review them more precisely.


If your currency or language changes unexpectedly, restart your device to ensure the latest app version is installed.
