How to connect a printer and cash drawer to your device
Connecting a printer to your cash register system
To print receipts or order tickets, you must use a compatible printer and connect it to your cash register (POS) system.
1. Check printer compatibility
The app is only compatible with specific Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (Ethernet) printers.

🖨️ Wi-Fi only

You can find the full list on the material page of the website.
Only compatible models can be connected and used for printing receipts or order tickets.
2. Using one printer with multiple cash registers
It is possible to use one printer with multiple cash registers only if you use a Wi-Fi printer.
All registers must be connected to the same network, and the printer must be a Wi-Fi or Ethernet model.
Bluetooth printers cannot be shared between multiple cash registers.
Connecting a cash drawer
To use a cash drawer:
- Make sure you have a compatible receipt printer.
- Connect the cash drawer to the back of the printer using the cable provided with the drawer.
The cash drawer opens automatically after each sale when properly connected to the printer.
The cash drawer does not connect directly to the tablet or POS device. It must be connected to the printer.
Printing receipts and order tickets
Once your printer is connected:
- You can print a receipt for the customer after each sale.
- You can also print order tickets (with larger characters), typically used for kitchen preparation (premium required).
If printing does not work, first ensure your printer is properly connected and compatible with the system.
