How to get your Tunder subscription invoices?

Payments for your Tunder subscription are managed directly through the App Store (Apple) or the Google Play Store (Android), depending on which platform you used when subscribing.

This means that your invoices are issued by Apple or Google, not by Tunder.

🍎 If you subscribed via the App Store (iPhone / iPad)

Apple sends a receipt by email after each payment. However, you can also view your purchase history at any time.

You can also download your invoices at any time (Be sure to sign in with the Google account used for the subscription to view your purchase history and receipts):

Option 1 – From Google Payments (recommended):

1. Go to 👉 https://payments.google.com/
2. Sign in with the Google account used for the subscription.
3. Open the Activity tab.
4. Select the relevant transaction.
5. Click Download tax invoice or Download receipt.

Option 2 – From the Google Play Store:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile icon (top right).
3. Go to Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history or Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription to view and download the receipt.

You must be signed in with the same Google account that was charged to access the invoices.

I can’t find my invoices by following the instructions. What should I do?

The invoice is sent by email to the address associated with the Apple or Google account used at the time of purchase.

How can I find the account used for my subscription?

🍎 On iPhone or iPad (App Store)

• Open the device on which Tunder is installed.
• Go to Settings → Apple ID.
• The email address displayed is the Apple ID used for the subscription.
• This is the email address that receives payment confirmations and invoices related to your Tunder subscription.

🤖 On Android (Google Play Store)

• Open the Android device on which Tunder is installed.
• Open the Google Play Store.
• Tap the profile icon in the top right corner to view the active Google account.
• The email address of this Google account is the one used for the subscription.
• This is the email address that receives confirmation emails and invoices for your Tunder subscription.

WEB subscribers : Access your invoices directly from the Tunder app

You subscribed from our website tunder.co ? You can find direct links to your invoices inside the app:

• Open Tunder
• Go to Settings → Subscription
• Tap My invoices

You will find links to download all your available invoices.
