Manage my web subscription

If you have subscribed to a Tunder web subscription, you can manage it directly from the app or online.


Access subscription management online

  1. Click the following link: Tunder web subscription
  2. Enter the email associated with your Tunder account (you received a "Paddle" email after subscribing)
  3. You will access your subscription area (invoices, legal information, etc.)


Access subscription management from the Tunder app

  1. Open the Tunder app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Subscription


You will then see the information about your current subscription (plan, number of devices, price, and renewal date).

Several options are available to manage your subscription.





Change my subscription

Tap Change my subscription.

You will be redirected to the subscription management page where you can change your plan and choose the subscription that best fits your needs.


Update my payment method

Tap Update my payment method.

You will be redirected to the billing management page where you can update your credit card or payment method.


View my invoices

Tap My invoices.

You will be able to view and download all your invoices.


Cancel my subscription

Tap Cancel subscription.

You will be redirected to the subscription management page where you can cancel your subscription if you wish.

All these buttons open the web subscription management page, where you can manage your subscription, payments, and invoices independently.


⚠️ Important: if you previously subscribed through Apple or Google Play and switch to a web subscription, make sure to cancel your previous App Store / Google Play subscription to avoid being charged twice.
