Join a shop in Tunder


Would you like to use multiple devices with your Tunder POS? It’s possible thanks to the multi-device option.


The account owner must have a Premium subscription (2 devices or more).


Then, a second device can join the shop through one of the two following scenarios.


✅ Make sure the user has created an account and is logged in (via Apple or Google). If you don’t see the “Join a shop” option, log out, sign in with your email, and make sure you are not using the app in trial/demo mode.


Case 1: You use the same email as the account administrator


If you log in on the second device using the same email as the account owner:


  • Open the Tunder app on the new device
  • Sign in with the same Apple or Google account that was used to create the shop
  • The shop is automatically synchronized — no further action is needed
  • You will be taken directly into the existing shop environment


✅ If you are the shop owner and logging in with your original email, you do not need an invitation code. The code is only required when joining with a different email address.






Case 2: You use a different email address


If the invited user uses a different email address, they must create their own Tunder account (via Apple or Google), then enter a code provided by the account owner.


On the account owner’s side:

  • Open Settings > Devices



  • Tap the ➕ button in the bottom-right corner




  • A 6-digit invitation code will appear (valid for 3 minutes)


  • Share this code with the invited user


On the invited user’s side:


  • Download and open the Tunder app
  • Sign in with your own Apple or Google account
  • Tap Join a shop







  • You are now connected to the account owner’s shop



Troubleshooting: "Invalid code" or unable to join


If you see an invalid code message or cannot join the shop:


  • Make sure the invitation code was generated from the device already connected to the shop (Settings > Devices > ➕).
  • Check that the code is still valid (codes expire after 3 minutes).
  • Verify that the Tunder app is up to date on the device that is joining (check the app version at the bottom of the Settings page in the Tunder app).
  • If you are using the same email account on both devices and the shop does not appear automatically, log out from Settings > My account > Log out, then log back in with the same email.


If both devices use the same account, they should display the same shop automatically after reconnection.
