How to update your payment method

Your Tunder subscription is managed directly by the platform used when subscribing (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or through the Tunder website).


To change your payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.), you must update it in your Apple or Google account, or directly from the app if you subscribed through our website.


From our website

  1. Open the Tunder app on your device
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. Tap "Update my payment methods"


On iPhone / iPad (App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen
  3. Go to Payment & Shipping
  4. Sign in if needed, then add or update your payment method

On Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right corner)
  3. Go to Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods
  4. Tap Add payment method or Edit to update your existing information

What if the payment fails or is not accepted?

If your payment method is invalid, expired, or declined by Google, your subscription may not renew or may appear inactive.


In this case:

  • Make sure you are logged into the correct Google account (the one that received the Google Play receipt)
  • Check in Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history whether the payment was accepted or declined
  • Add or update a payment method in Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods
  • If the payment was successfully processed but the subscription is still not active, return to the app settings screen and refresh/restore your subscription


If Google accepted the payment, you will always receive a receipt by email. Use that email address to access and manage your subscription.
