How to reset your PIN code if you've forgotten it

How to Reset Your PIN Code

If you've forgotten your PIN code, you can reset it directly from the app.

Reset your PIN from the app

  1. Open the PIN entry screen.
  2. Tap "Forgot PIN code"
  3. Follow the instructions to send a reset email.
  4. Check your inbox for the reset email.
  5. Open the link in the email to retrieve or generate your new PIN code.

Note: If you try multiple times, you may be blocked

If the reset page keeps loading and no PIN appears

If the web page says your new PIN will appear but keeps loading without displaying the code:

  • Try sending the reset email again from the app.
  • If the issue persists, forward the reset email you received to support so your PIN can be sent to you manually.

Make sure you check the correct email address

Your PIN reset email is sent to the email address linked to your account.

If you signed in using "Sign in with Apple", your account may be linked to a private relay email address (for example: something like xxxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com).

To find the email address associated with your account on iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top (Apple ID settings).
  3. Select Password & Security.
  4. Tap Sign in with Apple (or Apps Using Your Apple ID).
  5. Select the app from the list.
  6. Under "This app received", you will see the private relay email address used for your account.

Make sure you check the inbox of that email address.

If you are locked during service

If you are blocked and not receiving any reset email, contact support. The administrator PIN can be sent again to the email address linked to your account.
