How to restore your backup data in your account
If your data is missing, not synchronized, or you are reinstalling the application, you can restore your backup by reconnecting your account.
Before starting, make sure your data has been backed up (Settings > My account > Backup) and that you see a success message.
✅ Restore your data on the same device
- Open the app
- Go to Settings > My account
- Tap Log out
- Log back in with the same email account
After logging in, your latest online backup will be automatically restored.
If your data does not appear immediately, keep the app open and connected to the internet for a few minutes.
✅ Restore your data after deleting the app
⚠️ Only do this if you have successfully backed up your data.
- Make sure you tapped Settings > My account > Backup and received a success message
- Log out from Settings > My account > Log out
- Delete the app
- Reinstall the latest version from the App Store / Play Store
- Log in with the same email account
Your backup will automatically reload after login.
✅ Restore data on another device
- Install Tunder on the new device
- Log in with the same account email
- Wait a few minutes while connected to the internet
Your sales, catalog, and settings will sync automatically.
If you regularly switch between devices, always tap:
Settings > My account > Backup
before changing devices to force a full backup.
⚠️ Important
- All data is primarily stored on your device until it is backed up online.
- Deleting the app without a backup may result in permanent data loss.
- The backup date can be checked in My account.
- If the backup is blocked or the app does not open, contact support before uninstalling the application. In some cases, data can still be recovered.
If you are unsure which email is linked to your account, contact support before logging out or deleting the app.
