How to reinstall the Tunder app (Android)

If you are experiencing issues with the Tunder app (crash, connection error, account issue), you can reinstall it by following the steps below.


Step 1: Check your payment method (Android – Google Play)

If you cannot connect to your account or encounter a Google Play error, first make sure your payment method is correctly configured:


  1. Open Google Play settings on your device.
  2. Add or update your payment method if needed.
  3. Make sure a valid card is registered.

Step 2: Uninstall the Tunder app

  1. On your device, locate the Tunder app.
  2. Press and hold the app icon.
  3. Tap Uninstall and confirm.


Step 3: Reinstall the latest version

  1. Download and install the latest version of the app.


Step 4: Log back into your account

After installation:


  1. Open the Tunder app.
  2. Log in using the same email address linked to your Tunder account.


If you are using multiple devices, make sure each device is connected to the internet and running the latest version of the app.
