  • How to create an open ticket? (Put a ticket on hold)
    How to create an open ticket? The “Open tickets” feature lets you save a ticket without completing the payment. This is useful when a customer will pay later, when managing tables, or handling phone/online orders. You can create and manage multiple open tickets at the same time. Each saved ticket appears in the Open tickets tab, allowing you to switch between different customers and finalize each one separately when they are ready to pay.   • Organize your items in alphabetical order
    You can organize your items alphabetically or manually reorder them from the Items section. Sort items alphabetically Go to sell tab Tap the double arrow on top right corner Tap button to reorganize/sort items. The list will automatically reset in alphabetical order.
